ABOUT THE ARTIST

Randy Michael Signor grew up in Kansas and lived for a while in Osawatomie. He taught writing at the high school and college levels, and worked as an editor for the Los Angeles Reader, Book Magazine, and others; he was the lead book reviewer for the Chicago Sun-Times for fifteen years. His short fiction has appeared in numerous publications, and he has been the recipient of several fellowships, grants, and awards. His artwork has appeared in several group shows and he had a solo show in Chicago in 2000. He lives with his wife in Seattle.

EXHIBITIONS
Randy Michael Signor has been making art for more than fifty years, starting in Kansas, with stops in St. Louis, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Chicago. He holds an MFA from Bowling Green State Universtiy, in Ohio. His paintings and works-on-paper are in many private collections and he has shown in a half-dozen states. He also writes and publishes fiction.
